I Just wanted to send a quick email to let you know how Bethanys party went on 21st January 2012 at Brinklow Hall.  Sixteen girls aged 7-9yrs all agreed fantastic party and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.  Since the party I have had several parents approach me and say their children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and haven't stopped talking about it.  From my prospective, Radioactive Rebecca was a fantastic host with great inter personal skills, keeping the experiments very interesting and maintaining the girls interest throughout. Even managed to keep my very lively 4 year old son entranced!!!! This is no easy feat! Big thank you to you all!

Thank you for sending Sonic Sarah to my son's birthday party. Sarah was able to capture their full attention for 1 whole hour which is fantastic. Sarah was really brilliant with the kids. All the kids said they had great fun making the sweets & slim. One of the boys even brought the slim to bed tonight.

Jonathan LOVED his party.  Radioactive Rebecca was totally amazing considering she had to deal with the children and 17 adults!  (I think the adults were more fascinated at times that the kids, lol).  I've had feedback from one of Jonathan's friends that it was the best birthday party he's EVER been to!  Thanks so much for all you've done - I've snaffled some cards and have been raving about you to all and sundry. Claire was fantastic and within seconds had all the kids absorbed in the activities. She amused and entertained them for whole hour - bearing in mind there were 14no. 3-5year olds this is pretty amazing! She also absorbed all the adults in the science experiments and after the party i was asked many questions along the lines of "where did we find such brilliant entertainment". I would highly recommend this. The children have all been talking about slime all week! A massive thank you to Claire.

Loved that the children were hands on with the experiments e.g. slime making and making the sweets.  Dynamite Dawn was brilliant with the children, all 28, who ranged from 3 - 7 yrs, she captured their attention and they were all captivated by all what was happening, all the children had a fabulous time! The presenter (Grant) was excellent. He arrived in plenty of time to set up and had a thorough knowledge of science which he used to deliver very clear explanations. He was friendly with the children, held their attention and was really engaging. The experiments were interesting and educational and the children were thoroughly hooked. Grant used humour effectively and the children really enjoyed the whole event. Taking them outside to carry out the tornado race worked really well. Grant ensured that all the children were involved (not just the louder, more confident ones) but also ensured that the birthday girl felt special.  Gemma, a trainee, had a really lovely manner with the children too. She engaged them all and supported those who needed extra help. It couldn't have been better.

I would just like to say thank you so much to Martha for making Sam's party such a fabulous event.  All of the children thoroughly enjoyed it and I think it's one of the best parties Sam has had so far.  I will certainly be recommending Sublime Science to all my friends and have already had two of the parents asking for information as they would like to book for their children. Was really really good. Martha the presenter was very good and held the children's attention for the entire 1.5 hours (quite an achievement in itself). All the kids loved it and it was the talk if the classroom the following week...!!

I loved that the children were fully engaged from the offset. The length of the experiments was just enough to keep their attention without them becoming bored. Toxic Taherah was superb - She was so helpful, friendly, polite and interacted brilliantly with the children (especially whilst I was running around stressed and trying to set the room up!!). It was great to see that all of the children could interact with the experiments and not just the birthday boy and at the same time, brilliant that he got to help out with a few by himself. From the feedback we've had from other parents and our son, the tornado races, slime making and sweet making were a massive hit!  Thank you so much for making my sons party a success. My husband and I will not hesitate to recommend you. Please pass on our thanks to Taherah too (I didn't get chance to speak to her properly before she left as I was handing out party bags and coats!).  We're looking forward to seeing you at another party in the future!! Everything! The party was so unique, the children were enthralled and absolutely loved the experimentation. Claire was able to keep full control of the group which was fabulous for us busy parents. All of the children had a different 'favourite' but making 'snow' outside was very fitting for a December birthday party, that activity was repeated a couple of times because the children enjoyed it so much.  Really not sure, the booking procedure was simple and payment convenient. The presenters were lovely and fitted in with our plans for the party brilliantly. Overall a great alternative to the 'normal' children's birthday party.

WOW thanks for the ace science party, Toxic Teherah was truly TERRIFIC. Thank you Sublime Science; Harry loved his 5th birthday party. Keeping 24 children (and their parents), entertained is no easy task. When the children are aged 4 and 5 years old, it is a miracle. The children were spellbound, amused, amazed and fascinated – all down phenomenon that is Toxic Teherah  Birthday Boy: An actual quote 'Slime and I was a real Science Assistant :])  Me: Well organised before and after care; Teherah was the best bit for me. I was very impressed by how well organised she was. She was engaged with the children and as a result they very much enjoyed the party.  Another parent: Amazing no more soft play parties. The practical stuff, especially the goo, and the children really enjoyed the rockets. The presenter did well to engage the children and get their attention back, if they got distracted. The children were captivated by the experiments and demonstrations. They all were involved and felt very comfortable to ask questions.  Not sure how, seemed to work seamlessly and was captivating for a group of 6/7 year olds.  Just a fab party all round!

I wanted to write and say a huge thank you to Sarah who dealt with my son Sam Hewitt's  7th Birthday party on 26/11/11:- She managed to occupy 14 boys aged between 4-7 years, She was fantastic and kept them all interested throughout. She had the patients of a saint and managed to keep the ruley bunch under control. All the boys loved it and all parents have said there son's have non stopped talking about the experience.

We were very impressed with Radioactive Rebecca, our scientist for the day. She managed to control and entertain 14 very noisy children aged 3-7 (We wish we could have kept her for the rest of the party to keep them in order)!  The experiments captured the children’s interest and they particularly enjoyed the smoke cannon and the slime. We thought it was particularly good that she paid special attention to the birthday girl who loved her party and managed to involve those in the group who had special needs.  An excellent party – thoroughly recommended.

The presenter was FAB, she had just the right touch with the children, she was fun, but kept them interested and under control...not an easy task!  The children all said they really enjoyed the demonstration with the pipes and the smoke bubbles, and making their sherbert and slime to take with them. "It was the best" 3 of them told their parents, that I know of.  Thank you very much it was an excellent party and well worth it. I would definitely recommend it to other parents.

I particularly liked the way (Chaotic) Claire didn't rush the children, and continued to chat to them as she packed up.  I'd like to use you next year, but would be worried that you might not be able to do an "original" show i.e. there would be a considerable degree of duplication. The party was extremely well organised. The pre party planning and paperwork was efficient and Sarah was well prepared. The kids had a great time and were completely engaged for the whole hour. Kids loved the practicals of making slime and sherbert and were pleased to have something tangible, and of their own creation, to take home and explain to their parents how they made it. The whole presentation is a perfect way of enthusing kids of the virtues and excitement of science - if only my school science lessons had been so exciting !  The team were funny, lively, youthful and seriously scientific. My daughter and her friends were enthused by the experiments and I am glad such a positive demonstration has been planted in their young minds.

We loved all of it! The range of different activities and way there was a mix of demonstration and hands on was fantastic. Will set up all the activities so that when the children came into the room, it all looked so exciting. He immediately engaged them and he had them entranced for the full hour. He added games when he thought they needed to get up and move around, then continued with the investigations. The children loved the smoke rings, the air shooter and especially the slime! I asked my daughter if there was anything that could have made the party any better and she said 'No', so that says it all!

Abigail's birthday party theme was Harry Potter, the sublime science party fitted in well with the theme. The presenter involved Abigail with the experiments making the birthday girl feel very special. The presenters also involved all of the other children which made them feel part of the show. Abbie enjoyed making the slim best of all, but sherbet making was also fun. The show was great and kept all the children entertained for the whole of the time. The hour past quickly and I would highly recommend the show it catered for all of the children girls and boys. We all agreed we would book Sublime Science again.

Prompt, friendly presenter, well organised, excellent with the children efficient setting up and packing away.  Children had a wonderful time made the birthday boy feel special  Have already commented to friends on how good the party was and how much the children enjoyed themselves. We loved the blend of entertainment with education. It was pitched just right and Marc had fantastic communication skills and rapport with young children. He held some very active boys captive for over an hour. My son, who was celebrating his 7th birthday, was made to feel very special by Marc. They were all particularly thrilled when the rocket was so explosive it landed on the neighbours roof! Marc turned up and effortlessly prepared the party meaning that it was completely stress free for us parents, who incidently loved the experiments too (took us back to school days!). I cannot fault Sublime Science on anything!  It was amazing to see Claire hold the attention of a group of five year olds for a full 45 minutes! The contents of the party were great with a real mixed bag of experiments for the kids to see. I will always remember the absolute excitement and wonder my twin boys' faces during the experiments. Everything was explained really well - even us parents learnt something that day! All the kids got involved and I know that a lot of parents were looking forward to the party and no one was disappointed.  Just thanks for making Leo & Dominic's birthday so special.

Thankfully it was a lovely day so able to entertain outside. With 16 rowdy children aged between 4 and 9, I was worried that Magnetic Mike would be able to hold their attention for an hour... but he did and all the kids seemed to really enjoy it. Kerry kept the group really well engaged and involved guests a lot to keep their interest. She arrived early and was set up in good time for the guests arriving. The boys really like the slime making the best I think! they were also impressed with the smoke bubbles and the disappearing water experiment. Luke really enjoyed all the experiments, especially the slime one.  We had loads of parents say they were impressed with the party as well so can you say a big thank you to her. She was really fantastic at keeping the kids’ attention and getting them involved. I really enjoyed it too, it made a change from getting squirted with water by a clown or getting my ears blasted by a loud disco!

The show was very impressive! We had a wide range of ages from 4-8 year olds and then the adults, and everyone was glued to it!! I felt Mad  Marc spoke to the children on their level and made them understand how things worked, in a very simple format!  I was very concerned about having this party as I knew nobody who had used Sublime Science, I was worried he would not turn up, or that the children would not stay interested, but, he was early to arrive, set up quickly and spent time talking to my son (birthday boy) before the other children arrived.  I read on reviews that the show would keep everyone interested but to be honest there is no way I thought this would happen - but it did - I had 15 children 12 of which were 7 year old boys and no one lost any interest during the whole show, it was fantastic to relax and enjoy a party at home!!

Having someone else look after the crazed children! Loopy Liz had a nice variety of experiments and gadgets and did a great job keep the kids' attention in spite of the weather (and sugar levels). The way the children were kept interested from start to finish as there was no time for them to get bored and wander off because they'd miss something good if they weren't paying attention was excellent. The sweet making and slime went down really well. All the children left the party saying it was one of the best they had been to. Prompt, friendly and a great entertainer Radioactive Ralph  kept the kids enthralled for the whole hour. They all absolutely loved the experiments, making their own sweets and slime. A party to remember and from a parent's perspective, money very happily spent. Radioactive Ralph was fantastic! Very personable, great with the kids, controlled the party very well and kept them all entertained whilst educating at the same time. Would definitely recommend to friends!  Dealing with Marc over logistics and costs was easy and efficient, great customer communication, liked on the online invitations etc. All in all, am delighted and would use again when the kids are a bit older for a different perspective on science!

Isaac particularly enjoyed the rocket science and goo making. This is his own quote "my science party was the best party I have ever been to!” I thought Scientific Sophie excellent. She was able to hold the attention of 11 really excited 5 and 6 year olds (and a 3 year old) for an hour and a half. They were completely enthralled with the facts, the processes and the opportunity to join in. It made my job very easy, just food and party bags to organise!  Scientific Sophie was incredibly well organised and very personable. She arrived promptly half an hour before the party and had everything ready for the event before the guest arrived. She spent some time chatting to the birthday boy and his cousin and put Isaac at his ease about what was going to happen without giving away any scientific secrets. We had the extended 1.5 hour party and Sophie had the complete attention of the group for the whole time and was really good at getting the boys to participate, even the shy ones. The kids loved making their own sweets and the rockets were a real highlight for everyone. I have had several of the Mums tell me how much their child enjoyed the party and how nice it was to have something different.

Where to start?! Some of the kids even took their slime into school the next day to show their friends who weren’t at the party!  They also loved the rocket finale in the garden – very exciting! Nice touch to give the kids name badges so you could speak to them by name during the demonstrations.  My son was very happy with the whole event, and as he is a rather shy child he was happy that all the other children were joining in too and he wasn’t put on the spot by himself. But although he wasn’t in the limelight, you always approached the birthday boy first to look or touch or have a go, which was very sweet as he felt special without having to take a prominent role.  I would certainly recommend you to friends. The party was really unusual and the kids were interested because you were doing different stuff they hadn’t seen before. You had a very nice and engaging manner with the kids, managing to keep them under control even though they were full of beans!

Absolutely EVERYTHING!!! The fact that the kids were learning something the whole time and they didn’t even realise it!! Marc asked them questions about all his experiments which made them think and they were all able to have a go themselves which kept them interested through the whole party as they didn’t know what they would be asked to do next!!  Marc, the kids haven’t stopped talking about the party and I believe (although possibly bias) that it was the best kids party I’ve ever been to! The experiments and demonstrations were tailored exactly right for twenty bright, lively 4- and 5-year-olds, appealing to all five senses. There were things to taste, touch, smell, see and hear in the space of an hour.  The adults (including one who had taught at primary level for 40 years, and one who was himself a physicist) were amazed how well you were able to keep the rapt attention of the children for a whole hour. The pace never flagged and their enthusiasm never waned. The invitations, thank you notes, certificate and take-away slime were a great idea and much admired. Marc made science fun and (although I hate this word) ‘cool’ – as it should be. Marc occupied an average-sized living room with experiment paraphernalia, but left behind no mess - only a roomful of delighted, excited children.
