Brian Cox Talking Sublime Science?

Is That Brian Cox Talking About Sublime Science At The National Entrepreneur Awards?

Was That Brian Cox Talking About Sublime Science?

Alright, I’ll come clean!

It was actually the UK’s top satirical impressionist Alistair McGowan impersonating Brian Cox but it was on stage in front of 1,400 people at the ICC in Birmingham and it was a pretty cool feeling!

Words Can’t Really Do This Justice So Check Out The Video!

It was an incredible event and I was fortunate enough to be a finalist in the Young Entrepreneur of the Year category!

Alistair McGowan, hosted the award ceremony and said:

“Finalists in Young Entrepreneur Of the Year are the future of business in the UK. They are young, they are hungry, and they are passionate and they are bursting with talent and ideas”

The impression was sooo good it was almost like Brian Cox was talking about Sublime Science when he said:

“Marc is a man to make professor Brian Cox happy. Since this winning this award  last year Marc has continued to grow is science party business, Sublime Science, and pursue his mission to make science fun for kids through science parties, school visits and corporate events. Well done Marc!”

It gets better…

Steve Wozniak - Sublime Science

I got to hear Steve Wozniak speak (as in THE Steve Wozniak, as in the co-founder of Apple!) – inspirational stuff!

What stood out most to me was what Steve (I like to think we’re on first name terms) said about learning:

“Motivating students to learn is much more important that what you teach them” – Steve Wozniak, co-founder Apple

I honestly couldn’t agree more (generally best not to disagree with anyone that successful!)

It was almost like he was talking about Sublime Science as that’s exactly what we do…inspire children to learn by making science awesome.

Anyway, that’s enough name-dropping for one day!

All that’s left is for me to say thank you for all your support and to let you know that this great honour has left me even more motivated to make science even more awesome for more children!

Let’s make science awesome,

Mad Marc
