The Indestructible Sandwich Bag - Transcript

I’d like to call this experiment the indestructible sandwich bag, all you need is a glass of water, a sandwich bag and some kebab skewers, if you haven’t got any kebab skewers you can always use pens, pencils or something else.

So this is how you do it, get your sandwich bag, fill up with water; make a big mess, about this full as you fill up, doesn’t really matter and just seal up. So it’s an indestructible sandwich bags and this is one of those things that people just don’t believe.

So grab your kebab skewer or pen or pencil or whatever it is that you’re going to be using and you going to stick it through your sandwich bag, obviously people always look a little bit worried, but hopefully we'll be ok.

Put one through there and then just for fun and why not keep going…so there’s a couple of little drips coming out, but all in all we're ok. As you can see thee’ only a couple of drips so it’ pretty indestructible I would say.

So apart from looking pretty awesome, what’s going on? So you have the sandwich bag making a hole through it to put your skewer through, but it’s just sealing around the elastic, the plastic is elastic, sealing around the kebab skewer, holding the water in and hopefully not making too much of a mess; give it a go and let me know how you get on.
